At Bon'Achat, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Inspection at Delivery (Important)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are encouraged to check the product at the time of delivery.
If the item is visibly damaged or incorrect, you may refuse the order immediately without paying.
Once the delivery is accepted and payment is completed, the return policy below applies.
2. 48-Hour Return Window
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To qualify:

The product must be unused and in original condition.

It must be in original packaging.

You must provide proof (photos or video) of the issue.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy (COD Orders)
Since this is a Cash on Delivery purchase:

Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.
4. 30-Day Product Guarantee
We offer a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects only.
If the product stops functioning due to a factory defect within 30 days:

We will replace the item free of charge.

If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
This guarantee does NOT cover:

Misuse or physical damage

Water damage (unless stated waterproof)

Normal wear and tear
5. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after delivery

Minor variations (color tone, slight size differences)

Incorrect address provided by the customer
